" why scan is not Made"
At this entrance sr citizens and handicapped ,baby borne parents etc  are picked up in 'cart" . howeve they give some 20 minutes break to all vehicles and many sr citizens etc prefer to walk down in the que. No exit is made in these area for any emergencies.
Once u enter this Gopuram security is fine and guiding in all respects, with few exceptions
