THE ABOVE IMAGE IS OF BANGLA SAHEB GURUDWARA AND THE SAID GURUDWARA HAS BEEN

RENOVATED IN A LARGE SCALE.

AFTER RENOVATION THE LANGER HALL IS FULLY AIR CONDITIONED AND WILL ACCOMADATE500 TO 700 YATRIS TO TAKE THIER LANGER.

SMALL BEAUTIFUL TEMPLES.(NEVER LATE)

DURING MY RECENT VISIT TO LILAUH HOWRAH TO MEET A FAMILY FRIEND IN RAILWAY POLICE
I HAD A BREATHING TIME TO VISIT A SMALL BEAUTIFUL LOCAL TEMPLE.
YES. U ARE CORRECT
PUSHKARAN BRAHMA BAGICHA SHIV TEMPLE.RAVINDRA SARANI LILAUH.HOWRAH.
AMONG OTHER THINGS OF USUAL SANNIDHIS TWO MORE AREAS ARE VERY ATTARACTIVE (1) LORD
BAIRAVA. VERY ATTRACTIVE STATUE AND UNIQUE FEATURES.Of course LORD BAIRAVA TAKES
"PAN" LIKE OTHER BAIRAVAS TEMPLE.U CAN SEE HUNDREDS OF CALCUTTA PAN AROUND DEITY OFFERED BY DEVOTEES.

ii)SANNIDHI ( MANDIR WITHIN BIG TEMPLE) OF BABA RAMDEV.NO DOUBT EXCELLENT STATUE.WELL DECORATED.GALLOPING HORSE( IN WHICH BABAJI RIDING TO PROTECT HIS DEVOTEES.MORE THAN MY CAMERA,MY EYES STORED BABAJI IN MY BRAIN.
WOULD LIKE TO HAVE "PUNAR DARSHAN"
WHEN U VISIT CALCUTTA,SPARE TWO HOURS AND VISIT THIS BEAUTIFUL SMALL TEMPLE.

SMALL. but cheering.Bangarapet.

Earlier I have told u that Some Places like KGF.Kolar,( week end escapes from Banglore) have small temples.but beautiful ones.In sanskrit u may describe as 'SANNITYAM" a power,bestowed by prayers,poojas and visits of devotees.

On the other day( on friday 25/6/10) I had just rushed in two such temples ;-
One Shri Venugopala swamy
Second Jain Mandir.
Both are clean and motivating.Lord krishna,is in the Middle of a Fort with a cow in the Background.Side by side one of the beautiful marble venupolaswamy is also installed.( may be the impact of jains and maarwaris there).Both are really good. That will u make u to sit for few minutes and fix ur eyes there.
Jian mandir too, appears to be small ,but clean,motivating.But as like other mandirs I could not see Padmavati/or nakoda bhairava there.

I am sure that,during ur next visit to Bangarapet,u will spare just 15 minutes and visit both temples in Market( opposite to Rly station)

History of Sri Raghavendra Stotram:

Rayaru decided to enter the Brindavana on Shraavana Krishna Paksha
Dwiteeya i.e.in 1671 A.D.Friday and sent Appanacharya for Madhwa
Sanchara away from Mantralaya. If Appanacharya would have been on
that day he will never allow Rayaru to Enter Brindavana. So
Aparokshagnyani Gururaya thinking all this purposely sent this Devotee
Appanacharya away from Mantralaya and immediately planned the
Brindavana Pravesha and asked Diwan Venkanna to make all the
preparations.
Appanacharya somehow came to know the news. Received a great shock.
Returned to Bichchali, decide to go to Mantralaya. But the river
Tungbhadra was in full spate, overflowing. Appanacharya never cared for
this. Decided to cross the Tungabhadra, as he loved Rayaru too much
went on crying, tears rolled on his cheeks. As He knew Rayaru
completely out of Devotional Ecstasy started Gurustotra Sripurnabodha
Guruteertha Payobdhipaara from JAPADAKATTE, Tungamma paved
the way, by the time Appanacharya reached`Mantralaya the last stone of
the Brindavana was placed at the Brindavana. His Ashukavitva Stotra
Pathana immediately stopped after:

StotramDivyamidamsadaNahiBhavaettasyaAsu khamKinchan
KimtvishtarthaSamruddhirevaKamalaNathaPr asadodayaat

Could not speak anything more. Rayaru Sitting in the`Brindavana has
listened the Gurustotra fully, and completed the Stotra by saying
SAAKSHIHAYASTOTRAHI from the Brindavana. At that time Rayaru
was Chanting Hayagreeva Mantra, said Hayagreeva Roopi Sri Hari is the
witness for all this what has been told in the Gurustotra.
How great he was? What an amount of Affection had Rayaru towards
Appanacharya. Appanacharya composed this Stotra Gurustotra on the
day of Rayara Brindavana Pravesha, so it is famous, popular and called as
Stotra Raja. It has come out fluently, spontaneously and with Devotional
Ecstasy.This is the unforgettable contribution of Bichchali Appanacharya
to the Devotees of this Universe.

Rare Anjaneya

In Bangalore,paradise for Temples,in Basavangudi,in North Street,Near BMS college of Law there is one temple dedicated to Lord Anjaneya.Here he is in flying posture to bring Sanjivi and ready to Blow who ever come, Moon/ rakshahas etc.
This posture gives releif to any devotee who worships,without any condition.

Under the MOOLAVA, there is one small "utsava" in " Dhyana Posture folding two hands and keep them together remembering the Great Lord Budda.

After seeing we will not be ready to dispute that Budda himself is incarnation of
Lord Hanuman.

In the temple even in the form of PHOTO there is rare Photo being that Lord Hamuman as Baby sitting on his mother,s lab "Anjana " and anjana devi feeding
him with motherly love and dedication
Let us have repeated darshan of " Anjani Putra"
and sing Jai Hanuman
